Below is a suggested programme for a weekend away in a hostel.. Most
of this program could be easily adapted for use at camp.
Friday night
7.00 Arrive, tour round hostel and make up beds.
8.00 First circle where we introduce each other and where we are from,
gather into clans for sort name game
8.30 Supper and bedtime
Saturday
8.00 Breakfast
8.30 Clan duties and tidy bedrooms
9.30 Council circle
10.00 Walk and scavenger hunt game
1.00 Lunch
2.30 Selection of craft activities
4.00 Clan duties and free time
5.30 Dinner
7.00 Campfire and merrymoot
8.00 Supper and bedtime
Sunday
8.00 Breakfast
8.30 Clan duties and packing
9.30 Council circle
10.00 Wide Games
12.00 Final tidy of bedroms
12.30 Lunch
1.30 Final clean up
2.00 Final circle.
